Your calculator settings

Your selected region, annual leave balance and maximum leave per trip are held in your browser’s memory. The calculator does not send these settings to a server or save them between visits. Refreshing the page resets them.

Website access

Your browser connects to the website’s host to load LeaveGain. The hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and request time to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from the leave settings used by the calculator.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

LeaveGain currently sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Spaces marked “Advertisement” do not load ads or track you. If this changes, this page will be updated to describe the services used and the choices available to you.

Sharing a leave idea

Sharing sends the recommendation image to your device’s share menu or a local download. You choose where it goes next. Any app or service you select handles that image under its own privacy policy.
